Bounce back

Hello everybody, so this week really flew by, it seems like January
just started by here we are in the last full week of January that's
pretty crazy.

We had a good week this week, we have been meeting a lot of new cool
people and a lot of part member families, there's this one really cool
less active lady that we visited and she has 5 kids living with her,
the kids are not hers but are staying with her, I think she's like a
foster parent or something but she really wants these kids to learn
about Jesus so we are pretty excited to work with them, she told us
that most of these kids had a pretty hard childhood so we can
defiantly help them out by teaching them about the Gospel.

We started playing basketball with the youth here every Friday and
that's always fun, the reason we started is because we're teaching a
kid named Harold who is a son of a recent convert and he really likes
basketball, we are gonna set a baptismal date with him soon, hopefully
tomorrow if it feels right.

So the super awesome Mexican family that I talked about before, they
are doing really good and this week we had a super awesome lesson with
them and we had a member present and everything, we taught them about
the plan of salvation and they were really happy and so were we, as we
were leaving the lesson Lidia the wife was like hey I forgot to tell
you guys but we are going back to Mexico in about 2 weeks for like 6
months and we were like what??? It completely killed the vibe😞 but
that's ok we will just send their teaching records down their and
hopefully they get baptized over there because they are super dope but
for right now we will do everything we can to help them learn more.
